I haven’t played the game for months. After I bought new hdd I had spare space on my pc and wanted to play again. But after I install the game I saw my 52 level main character is lvl 10 and other characters are gone.

I don’t remember my other characters but my main character is Whizle and server is tortoyk

I can see 4 active characters on your account and only one character which is showing as deleted which is on level 10.
And the Whizle which you have shared is on level 53 as per the details in our system.

After checking the details, I can see that previously you were playing on EU-Central servers and now you have registered yourself on SA-East servers. So, all your characters are in EU-Central servers.
