Can a GM or someone unstuck my Arcana? I think she’s bugged and each time I want to log on her, I get this error. I’ve relogged 5 times, verified my game files, restarted my PC. Nothing worked. Other characters are fine, I think, but when I login to my arcana, it bugs.

I just relocated your Arcana, next time you log in, it should work and she should spawn back in Prideholme. Let me know if it works, I’ll be around. 
Okay she appeared in Prideholm, I managed to log in on her. Thanks! Hope it won’t bug again in the future…

Like what is this bug? I’ve never had it before, but today I had it 2 times already! The character is stuck in “Nameless territory”… ? I just teleported to my stronghold and it got stuck in this nameless territory

Ok, so I was in Prideholme, you teleported me successfully. I used the stronghold song again (to get a feast buff to do Clown raid), and it bugged me again… the same thing. 
what is this?
Is my stronghold bugged… ?
I asked a friend to go to my Stronghold to check if he also gets bugged, but he’s fine…
Is it still stuck? let me know so I can try and relocate it once again.

Well, I did the clown raid (obviously with disconnects from me or my teammates in every gate)
But now I’m scared to go to my stronghold again, cause it might bug me again…

I’d recommend you to contact us so the team can check what’s happening with your account and determine what might be the issue when interacting with the stronghold.
I moved Palanicu back to Prideholme again just to be sure.
Another instance of this bug. Now on my Scouter… I teleported from Vern to Lopang island using bifrost now. So maybe it’s not related to my Stronghold… 
As you can see, each time the camera is bugged, as if it’s falling under the world…
Also, this bug crashes my game btw, so I have to restart it each time…
Aaand now my scouter is bugged like previously… I guess he fell under the world map and the game kicks me every time I want to log back on him
