My main character cannot login after I tried to transport from one map to the other last night, it shown error OPELPWP1F2NT and I tried to follow the troubleshooting but still fail, while my other characters in same account didn’t have the same problem. Plz help, ty

My apologies to hear about the situation you’re experiencing with one of your characters, let me take a look into this.
As I understand, you’ve been facing the error OPELPWP1F2NT with only one of your characters which means that you can play with no issues with your different chars.
Can you please provide me the name of the character that is getting stuck? I would like to check something.

I’ve successfully relocated the character Pépdouzz to Prideholme, please launch the game and try to play with that char and let me know if that worked!

Sigh, I just finished chaos raid using this char and would like to do my daily una task, so I transport to Shady Cliff and again I got stuck by error OPELPWP1F2NT, just like last time. Is that mean I cant go there ever again?

I’m sorry to hear that @pepdouzz, if you are getting stuck in the same place please play the game avoiding that particular place where you’re getting stuck momentarily.
It doesn’t mean that you can’t go there ever again but it means that, at the moment, there is a bug/issue that is affecting you (and maybe other players), but this will be fix in future patches.
If you have the chance I’ll ask you to please contact our colleagues in the Customer support:
You can share your issue with them as feedback (you can also share the link to this thread and they’ll have more information). In this way my friends can escalate your case with a ticket to the dev team to give them more visibility of the issue and fix it as soon as possible in future patches.
I’m moving your character now, I’ll be back in 2 minutes.

I just finished the new event by using my Soulfist, then changed to main char Glaivier and move to 1415 chaos gate, and the same error occur. What should I do now? send requires to CS?

I’m moving your character to Prideholme. Regarding your question, yes, it would be great if you can escalate this case with my colleagues in the Customer support, in that way the will escalate this issue with at ticket for an in-depth research and solution in future patches.
I know that is not the best answer and that can be frustrating and I do sincere apology for the inconveniences that I know this cause to you.
