Character Customization Bought - But Not Applied In-Game

Hi, I bought the character customization to make some changes to my character. Of these things, I added a beard. After buying the change ticket and applying those changes, the character did not have his beard on the Character Section screen and in-game.

I Chose “Reskin” again from the Character Selection screen, and when I do, my character had his beard and was what I wanted him to look like.

I then applied another change with another ticket hoping that would correct the issue. After resubmitting the changes for a second time with another Appearance Customization Ticket (2 tickets now), the character is still missing the beard on the Character Selection screen and in-game.

Could someone please look into this and force my changes to my in-game character? The reskin tool has them, but they are not making it over in-game. Thank you!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your character customization! Will you please do a quick Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files?

And let me know if after that you are able to see changes in the game.

This issue is solved @Jormungandrh. I went in-game and removed the skins I had applied. Turns out that I had an earing in the Faceware 2 slot and having that on apparently removes any facial hair on the character. I had no clue. Thank you for the responsiveness!

TL;DR - Faceware 2 Skin slot removes facial hair if you have it equipped. Remove or hide Faceware2 to see facial hair on character.
