Character customization ticket caused color blending to head

Right so I’m not quite sure how to explain this in a simple and short way. Basically with the free login reward ‘character customization ticket’ we’ve gotten I decided to fix up my main character. His skin color was “caucasian” oriented, but since my other characters have a different color scheme I made it look like them. In the customization screen things looked just fine, until I hit submit and logged in. I am then presented with a head having mixed colors in a line shape going from ear to ear.

At first I thought this was a graphical issue and played around with the settings. I then asked some guildies/friends and they told me they see exactly what I see… this leads me to the conclusion that this is an actual bug. And depending on how zoomed in/out you are it shows the line more/less! Now, since this is my main I’m quite annoyed having to look at it and would kindly like to ask for a new customization ticket to just add some hair, if possible. Don’t want to stare at his head until it can get fixed :sweat_smile:

Since it’s been over a week I wanted to check in on this issue. I have yet to get a new customization ticket or heard a word about it… I also today discovered another bug in direct relation to changing your skin color (did not see this prior). Some headwear is floating, literally floating on top of the characters head after i re-designed the character. Please let me get another ticket to just add some hair and fix this on my end for now?

Sorry to hear you’re still having this issue. Unfortunately I do not have the power to grand customization tickets. I’ve moved this over to the support section where our support team can look into this for you.

First of, thanks for replying to this. And in regards to your post, I didn’t see the logic in verifying my game files, but I did and it sadly made no change to the situation. Nor does updating my GPU drivers as I mentioned in my first post how other people on various systems also see what I see, meaning it’s not a local issue. But I checked and I run the latest driver and have no other issues graphically then this one :slight_smile:

It also saddens me to see that the CS is unable to provide another ticket so i can fix this on my end by just adding hair to the character instead. It’s not a “big ask” so to say, considering the game itself caused me to look like this and it wasn’t my fault. Had I known this is a bug, I would have avoided changing those elements of my character. But as I feel it will take a very long time to get fixed, if even at all… you tell me I have to accept my character looking like this?

In regards with the appearance of your character, it should be fix once the bug its fixed and will looks as your design it to be, but I’m sorry to confirm that no “customization ticket” can be grant. If want to make another change a new ticket need to be purchase.
