Character Deletion Pending stuck

Hi,

I deleted a character but it has been stuck to the status “Character Deletion Pending” for more than 48 hours now when it’s supposed to be 24 hours.

Is there anything I can do ?

I’m sorry to hear your character still stuck on “Character Deletion Pending”.

Could you please try to select “Delete character” and enter the name of the character you want to delete again. Only be careful of selecting cancel, since you will need to wait another 24 hours.

Let me know if you were able to delete the character! :dizzy:

i have the same issue here but i can only press “cancel character deletion” it’s been 3 days since i pressed delete character.

Sorry you got into this same issue with the character deletion. If you have attempted the steps of my previous reply (basically is try again the process to delete once the 24 hours have passed) please contact us to escalate your case to the developers team.

Please be ready with the following information:

  1. Character name
  2. Server name
  3. Class
  4. Link to this post

hello and thanks for the quick response! i was in Live Chat with customer support just a minute ago. she suggested the same thing but i wasn’t able to delete the character without pressing cancel deletion. she suggested that i move the character to 7th slot and try delete it again so i’ll wait for another 24 hours for the process and if nothing happens i’ll reply back again ^^

hello! it’s been 2 days now since the second time i did press on delete character but it seems to be the same issue there. stuck on pending deletion.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Force Stops Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
  5. Restart PC
  6. Re-lunch Lost Ark and try to delete again the character

If it persist please follow the steps on the previous reply about contacting us.
