Just restarted my game and my character is missing from the Sarah server on NA East. I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times and it’s still not there.

In case that you still do not see your character after the verification please restart your PC and open steam as admin and try to relaunch the game again.
If the issue persists after this please get in contact with a representative from the live channels to make the report on your specific situation.
