Recently I bought a Character Customization Ticket and changed the color of my Bard’s hair, spent a considerable amount of time choosing the color, but then when I entered the game the hair color was not like the one in Character Customization Screen at all.
I feel like I was tricked since it’s really hard to see how the changes we made will look like ingame because we don’t have the lightning effects and the same camera view. Now it makes me want to adjust it again but I don’t want to risk spending another 800 royal crystals to risk having the same problem again, and again, and again.
Please implement a better customization screen or fix the ingame aesthetics to match the exactly settings we made for our characters appearence, since we paid for it to looks like the way we want to.
It would be perfect if a refund of my ticket would be possible (only for my bard) so I can adjust the hair color to an easy/no mistake color like full black or white hair.
