I have no idea why, I thought it was GPU but my other games are working perfectly fine and even Lost Ark is working fine without any stutters or anything on the highest setting including the graphics but as of new update or ever since I used the reskin gift for some reason character hair has been glitching out and I have no idea what to do or how to fix it
