After crashing in chaos dungeon, I attempted to log back in to continue the chaos dungeon but I am permanently stuck at a black screen unable to do anything.
Please move my character to a safe location in Punika.

If you are stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen please reach out the Support team via web ticket and we will work to unstuck your character manually, please be patient while we work on solving this issue.
