I has been months since I log into Lost Ark. I have a main character name Zarlye that is missing in Valtan server. Was there any deletion of character during the last 6 months? I did not delete any character previously.

Could you please provide the name of another character from your Lost Ark account on the same server so that I can try to check the status of your main character.

Varyne is the other character name in the same server. There is a deathblade main there is missing.

I can confirm that there is no history of a character named “Zarlye” in your Lost Ark account. Even if the character was deleted, It should still be visible on our end.
In that case, I request you to submit a Web Ticket to our Support Staff using the below mentioned link along with the link to this thread to escalate the issue further.
