Hello, i recently deleted a LVI 1 Character names Saxuel, I tried to create another character but the name is no longer available, After checking your description i found that any character under Lvl 10 should have their name released immediately. Could you please investigate this?

I’ve investigated this is information in Mari’s server and found two Characters with Saxuel’s name.
The first has this information:
Character Name: Saxuel.
Class: Gunner.
Level: 1.
Date Created: 2/8/2022 9:21:00 PM
Date of Deletion: 2/13/2022 9:19:29 AM.
The second has this information:
Character Name: Saxuel.
Class: Battlemaster - Male.
Level: 10.
Date Created: 2/17/2022 5:30:25 AM.
Status: Active.
Let us know as soon as possible if this second character stills doesn’t appear with Saxuel’s name.
