Hey everyone, this bug does suck. Im not sure if this will work for you but i found a way around this. if you go into a different server, you can purchase 1 ticket from the character selection screen and DO NOT USE IT JUST HOLD IT. then you can return to your home server and use the ticket you bought. Hope this also works for you guys!

Go to a server you don’t have all your characters, when you load in it’ll be at the character creation screen since you don’t have any charactes on that server, push the back button in the bottom left. That’ll take you back to the server screen, go to page 2 of the character slots, there you can buy a charcter expansion ticket from the character selection screen, BUT DON’T USE IT ON THAT SERVER. Once you have bought the ticket push NO when it asks if you want to use it, then go back to the server with your character and you can use the ticket there.
