Appreciate the reports on this – it is targeted to be fixed not tonight, but in the next weekly update (the fix didn’t quite make it in tonight unfortunately).

This is absolutely ridiculous. I let you guys know about this crap day 1 of last week’s patch on both the forums AND the help desk.
Looks like I’m not playing until it’s fixed.

I bought 3 character slots and it shows 6/12 at shop. Hope it gets fixed soon.

So, im paying money for the game and can’t play. I reported this bug few hours after last patch on forum and chat…
I know it’s not your fault, but Im done with this game…

Btw I found a half fix. If you go the in game store and buy a character extension ticket there, it will fix the overall count back to normal. However this fix only works if the store shows you have at least 1 ticket left to buy. Otherwise it will incorrectly lock you out. It seems that buying from the character select screen consumes 2 tickets incorrectly, while buying from the store is fine.

The current knowledge transfer cap need to move up as well, if people haven’t realized how they are making more 302 characters in the future

Hey everyone, this bug does suck. Im not sure if this will work for you but i found a way around this. if you go into a different server, you can purchase 1 ticket from the character selection screen and DO NOT USE IT JUST HOLD IT. then you can return to your home server and use the ticket you bought. Hope this also works for you guys!
