I wanted to know if I can recover my paladin ?

You can restore your character using the courtesy service but we need to check if it is possible using the name of the character/server.

Also we need a free character slot and you need to be offline from the game.

Hope you are doing well.

There are certain limitations to the character restoration process, they can go from characters whose data is no longer recoverable due to for example the recent server merges, to limits on how many characters can be restored to prevent abuse of the system.

In order to proceed to with the restoration, kindly follow to link down below to contact our live support so that they can check and proceed with the restoration:

You can select the options- Lost ark > account > something else > live chat/webticket

Please contact our Support Team directly to request a character recovery, to do this visit the following link and click the Web Ticket button:

Make sure to include all relevant information such as: name of the character to recover (if you know it), the class of the character to recover, the name of an active character in your account and your server/region.
