I will need the name of one of your active characters so then I can find your account with your deleted characters as well. Also, disconnect from the game and ensure you have an empty character slot so I can get it back immediately if I’m allowed to.

There was a misunderstanding at the moment of providing the information, my apologies.
Each character recovery exception request has a 365 day cool down. As you had exceeded the limit already, you can request a new recovery exception on 2023-05-17 (a year from your first recovery exception granted). As this is based on a courtesy service, this might be subject to changes.
