Character Restoration Help

I was wondering if it would be possibe to have a couple of characters restored that I have deleted and regret.

Name: Válz/Váls (sorry I forget which I named them to)
Class: Scrapper
Level: 50
Server: Zinnervale

Name: Verzerker
Class: Berserker
Level: 50
Server: Zinnervale

Thank you for your swift response, I just had a pop-up appear saying that I have had a code of conduct issue and am able to appeal and then my game closed?

Is this due to the character restoration?
