Character Restoration, Kethammer

I accidently deleted a character with unopened skins and was wondering if it is possible to restore him with those items?

Character name is Kethammer on NA-E Karta.

I made and deleted a few with the same name before I found one I liked the look of and for some silly reason decided to claim a few things when I thought I was close, but then decided to try remaking again.

It isn’t the most recently deleted one, I deleted the most recent one because it was the same name so I could restore the second most recent deleted one.

Any help would be great!
