Hello, so I sent in a ticket regarding character restoration. I didnt know there was a cap on it and the support agent told me I couldnt restore one for 365 days. Its a little confusing since I’ve seen on the forums, the restore counter was reset on the 1st of January. The last character restoration I had was on December 10th. Just wishing to have a little clarification on the subject! Thank you!

Regarding your concern if you have already exceeded your limit for character restoration you have to wait a cooldown of 365 days from the oldest character restoration.
