Hello,

i had a sorc back in the days on my account, i deleted her and now I really want to play her.

Any chance to restore her on my account? I don’t remember the name of the character if there is any other way to validate I can offer all informations

My Main Account is called the same name as I use in forum “Fuchsicity”

I found a deleted Sorceress character named “Seyneth” on Level 50 with Item Level 320 in your Lost Ark account. However, after looking at your Lost Ark account, We cannot assist you with another character restoration due to character restoration limits and to prevent abuse of the system. You will need to wait until August 28, 2023 to be eligible for another character restorations. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

I would like to inform you that we can assist you with maximum 3 character restorations within a span of 365 days as a Courtesy starting from the date of first character restoration in your Lost Ark account.

Alright and If I contact the amazon support directly they told me “It’s not limited and we can restore it as much as you want” so why is it so different between forum & direct support? that’s funny to be honest. So trough the flower you tell me “Buy another Powerpass” correct?

The character restoration limit is applicable to your Lost Ark account so it doesn’t matter if the character is restored through our Support Staff or here on the Forums, We can only assist you with 3 character restorations within 365 days.

Ok with all my respect that’s bs for me.

I’ll contact the support directly then and leave the result here i’m pretty sure it’s not limited through the amazon direct support but we will see.

If it’s not allowed to ask there just tell me, otherwise I will try my luck there.
