Having the black screen issue after selecting a server… I didn’t have this issue before the maintenance. I’ve tried restarting my computer and checking the files through steam.
I’m on the Akkan server, character name Shizukaze.

Just to confirm do you still have issues with your game ?
I have had the same issue last 2 days, unable to play. Screen goes back after selecting server. Restarted computer and verified files didn’t fix.
Happens when I try to log into either of my servers. Regulus on East and Enviska on West.

I hope you’re having a great day and I’m sorry that you experience this issue.
Some players managed to solved this issue reinstalling the video card driver to the newest version, and lowering all settings. Also repairing EAC seems to have fixed the freezing/crashing for another players so maybe we can try those steps in order to check if you can fix it that way.

I am good now, had my husband look at it. There was an update for my graphics drivers that fixed it.
