Hello. Character slot and customizations tickets being exclusive to royal crystal makes it non-reachable for f2p players or players with bad region pricing on royal crystals. It would be more reachable to have these as buyable with blue crystal too. May you forward this to team for us? @Roxx

@Roxx @Seawolf I haven’t been able to get any update on this suggestion.so needed to bump the topic. It will help the free to play players a lot. I just want this to be forwarded to the team. Sadge.

Spoiler: they are going to be for royal crystals only but you can get extensions in future events
KR is getting a customisation ticket in the next set of presents I believe. Maybe this is something that SG would be open to doing here, or putting on at the end of next months login reward?
In terms of unrealistic feedback I’d love a barber NPC!
To piggy back off this topic, character slots are also in a strange spot right now as we can purchase enough to have 18 slots on an account, but only 12 are accessible from the current 2 character tabs. I’d like to try some more classes, but I’d also like to save some characters for future class releases. Opening up a third character tab would make all current slots useable!
Speaking of character slots, do you have any update on why we are locked to only 12? When will be able to make more characters? I’ve already bought more tickets but I can’t use them…
Please include the royal crystal skins too. We really would like to purchase them without dealing with gold inflation with blue crystals. @Roxx
i think that this would be the case , and its fine , but adding 2-3 classes and not giving away at least 1 char slot is gonna be painfull for f2p players that have all slots taken
I agree, while I think having 6 slots is enough for many f2p, having more to just test new classes and probably new mains it’s good for the majority of the playerbase as most people will have their 6 slots already used since they have alts farming and they wouldn’t want to delete one when a new character comes (imagine having all your T3 alts in the future and a new class comes)
Many other games make it more accessible and some give they out with in game currencies or even for free with events or for a limited time.

how would buying with bc let you avoid gold inflation? Bc is directly influenced by gold inflation.
KR they give character slots out on new character releases.
Also pvp exists and some people tried to save names for future classes as well, so it’s not crazy to think people would have more than 6 slots filled.
tbf im a bit frustrated with that topic. bought char slots and now its only on the server where I started… no ingame possibility to buy/get charslots… and the ags support isn’t able to transfer the chars lots (not the chars itself) to a different server… so I have to grab more money and buy them on the new server where my friends are playing…
sry but something you can ONLY buy for money shouldn’t be limited to one server or no option to transfer it.
as far as im informed in ru and in Korea transferring a charslot to a different server works (takes weeks and weeks but still) but AGS is like: nah give us more money…
I’m ok with the stuff you can reach via f2p by buying blue crystals for gold that its only for that char (despite me not remembering any other game where you buy a inventory extension or an extra page for skill presets being locked to that char only but server wide) but not with the stuff you can only buy with royal crystals.

Thank you. This would be a gigantic change. Please also make pet repair free because watching F2P players getting their gear destroyed by doing weekly content isn’t fun.

char slot would be great as a login reward. even if its only every 3 months the last of the long login reward list? so you basically have to login every day over the whole thing? for the ones playing it each day?
is there even one in the game you can “play” for?
