I bought one character extension ticket and the Mari’s shop already shows 10/12, so i assume it deducted two tickets by mistake.
Before the recent update, it was showing 16/18.
I wrote a ticket on the support site already, but there is no way I can attach any kind of screenshot on that site.
According to this, technically I cannot have full roster of characters if i wanted to at the moment?
Could you please look into that?

I also have the same issue. I have purchased 7 additional char expansion tickets and it says 0/12 now… used to say 5/18. So now I have 5 character slots available to purchase/unlock and no way to use them. I can provide additional pictures or information upon request.
Im having the same problem as well. I have 12 characters total so 6 char expansion slots have been purchased - with 0/12 tickets available for purchase.
@support if this is a known bug i have one level 13 character (Sharpshooter) i am willing to have deleted. Frustrating that i have to wait 23 hours for a level 13 character to be removed to make potential space.
I posted this in response to someone else, but it might be more applicable here. You shouldn’t have to do this work around, but it’s there. You also get game time and items if you buy the Vanquisher’s or Explorer’s packs. Tinfoil, maybe they did this one purpose? (Not likely, people who purchased too many tickets before were able to expand to 18 slots.)
