Character stuck, can't logg my main

Hey i can’t log my main character, when i tried to do it, my game crash at 10-20% of loading screen.

Have not got any problem since now. I can also play on all my alts and don’t have any trouble to loggs them but can’t play my main.
I’ve tried to logg my alt then swithc to my main ingame without the character selection it doesn’t worked too.

All my drivers are updated
i tried to verify the integrity of the game files
and uninstall + install it

Hello I am experiencing the same problem but my post was not replied to. Can I ask for some assistance? I have done the troubleshooting process and also tried to speak to Amazon Games support. I was told the only option I had was the forums, how do I request a teleport?

EDIT: I got into contact with Live Support and resolved it (albeit in a roundabout way)
