Character Stuck in chaos dungeon black screen

Hello, my character is stuck in a chaos dungeon (permanent crash with black screen).
Could you please unstuck it?

I’m sorry to hear that your character is experiencing this issue with the black screen in the Chaos Dungeon.

I will gladly assist you with that, please let me know once you are offline from Lost Ark for me to be able to move your character to Prideholme to check if that helps with the issue.

I moved your character to Prideholme, remember to do a Lost Ark game file check on Steam before entering the game.

Let me know if you were able to enter Lost Ark normally now.
