I was in Clown when servers shut down for Feb 8 maintenance. Upon reset, I tried to enter chaos dungeons, guardian raids, legion raids but I receive a message that my character is in another dungeon.

I’m very sorry to hear about this situation with your game, I would like to ask you a question so I can better assist you, are you able to log in to your character at all? Also have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Yes, I’m able to log in to the character and am able to do open world items (talk to npcs, sailing, guild checks). I have not tried any troubleshooting steps. I do have other characters as well and they are navigating the game without issue (able to do daily/weekly content).
