Character Stuck in Loading Screen in Punika

I restarted my computer, validated files, etc.

I’m sorry for the issue regarding the stuck character. I see that the character has already been relocated back to Prideholme by our Support Staff. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access it now.
