Character Stuck in loading screen South Vern Quest

Hello there, my main character is stuck doing south Vern questline,

Server is: Valtan
my character is: Benjimuss (Berserker)
im stuck in the loading screen for Rielvarr Ruins, i tried verifying files, and updated video drivers, it just gets stuck at the same place.
could you please help
