Character stuck in quest

Hello, I was doing festival of mayhem quest and i got disconnected,Now i can login other character but can’t login to that character.please help me escape it or teleport out of it

As you know we’re experiencing issues with some players getting stuck in the game:

Heroes of Arkesia, Our team has been tracking issues with Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins causing characters to be stuck in an endless loading screen. We have been able to reproduce this issue internally and are currently working to get a fix to resolve it.
