My main is stuck in reilvarr ruins loading screen for 4th day now.
I wrote comment here on forum, after that i have sent you ticket as suggested to move it quickly still nothing happend.
Can anyone let me know what is going on and if i will be ever play again?
Have you seen the ticket, is anyone working on it?
Will anyone give us compensation for those days what we can not play ?

That happened to me in Haiger’s Manor loading screen and I was stuck for 3 days.
But I’ve contacted live chat support and they have relocated my character and I am now able to access it. So yeah, contact live chat support, very fast response and efficient solution.
Don’t recommed tho to go to the place where you were stuck till the update fix.
