I just got one of my alt characters to the Throne of Chaos instance in the South Vern story and it won’t load properly. The loading bar freezes at about 1/3 progress and then the game crashes. Now I’m not able to play this character as it loads that instance every time I log in to it.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for the inconvenience.
I moved your character to a safe zone, please verify the integrity of the game files, just to discard that one of the local files is causing this issue. Once that’s done try to use the character again.
