Had this same problem yesterday when trying to load into Frozen Sea, got fixed last time when got moved back to prideholme so would appreciate if that could happen again. Infinite loading screen whenever try and login to character that eventually crashes the game.
Not sure why it seems to only be teleporting to Frozen Sea does this to me.

EDIT: I moved your character back to Prideholme but please before opening the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works.
