my character got stuck when moving from one continent to another.
i can enter the rest of my characters in the roster.
character name: Funkylancer
server: Gienah (south america).

Can you elaborate on what you mean by stuck?
Like what happens when you try and login on the effected character?
Does the game crash?
Does it boot you back to character select or the server select screen?
The more information you can give Amazon, the easier it will be for them to help you.

Edit: It is ready, I moved your character to a different location, please run the Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files before launching the game.
