I have the same issue, my main was made into a clown against my better judgement.
I contacted the support right away and it took them 6 days to finally answer me :
For those who don’t speak french, it basically says : We know the issue, we have no idea what’s causing it and we don’t have any hotfix coming, anytime soon.
Well, until then, I’m out. Don’t fucking mess with my character.
No mention in the hotfix list… this has a pretty terrible effect on my morale, ngl.

I don’t know why but I have a feeling it will end up the same as with the lawmeker skin problem. The topic will be completely ignored.
@Roxx It is pretty egregious that a game that sells character customization tickets would allow this to tick on with no update, leaving people in limbo as to what they should do, insinuating we should spend money without acknowledging that it is an error on your end and is working to be resolved.
the longer this is left without any commentary the more insidious it seems.

I’ve checked all screenshots. And read this
It seems we all have in common the same type of eyebrow and color. So that might be the thing. We had a bug during the customization and ended up with the same result regardless the slider. Now it has been fixed we have the real color matching with the slider.
So we are pretty much screwed if they don’t gift us a free reskin for this. ^^’
TBH, everyday when I log on to this bugged character, it reminds me the mistake that AGS/SG acknowledged yet it’s not fixed.
I sincerely hope this issue don’t drag on, If AGS/SG do care about their customer, a character customization ticket should have been given out to those are affected with this bug, while AGS/SG taking their time fix the issue.
Btw, I don’t think this issue it’s a “customization been repair”, post 7/20 update, I created a new character and have the face saved, when I log on next day, load the saved face to finish the character, guess what, the saved face load with white eyebrow.
edit: these are two different characters, the one currently had white eyebrow bug is an old character I had over 3 months, the new character I fix the eyebrow during creation, before confirm the character, this new character is now live in my roster and it has no issues with the eyebrow bug.

Hi, I waited for the update, but my scrapper still has the eyebrow issue. Are the issue being resolved?
@Roxx @Shadow_Fox I get this isn’t game breaking but considering how important aesthetics are to this game and player base idk maybe don’t sleep on this. Please fix our characters!
We’ve narrowed down the classes and preset faces this is occurring on, and are still waiting on a fix. Sorry about your brows, please know they are still being cared for!!

honest truth? at this point, im thinking of rerolling to my wardancer… I love my glaivier so much, but her face is just atrocious.
I didnt know this was a bug, so i bought a reskin ticket to fix them on my Pally on the day of the patch 
Thought my previews skins had just covered it up until i changed to swimsuit skin…
did it work though? Heard some people bought a reskin ticket, and when they pressed apply after they made the changes, not only did it not work, but the ticket was also gone…
