The right thing to do is to offer customization ticket as compensation since it’s been so long, most of us were forced to buy one to fix their mistake. And thanks for at least acknowledging us after so long. Ghosting us for this long was just wrong.

What a joke, keep up the great work ignoring this issue that was reported in JULY 2022. I have quit the game few months ago but this is some new level of incompetence I’ve seen from any devs/community management
