i want to enjoy my hero when i play or raid with him. They are incompetent and will probably not gonna fix shit. Had 10e extra so i got a reskin ticket. Next time they fuck up like that, i will uninstall. Plain and simple.

Bump, @Roxx please remind KR dev to put this fix on 8/10’s patch list.
It will be the 3rd week to fix something that can be done with a Character Customization Ticket compensation, players that are affected with this bug shouldn’t have to suffer, wait for KR dev to fix this issue.

just send out customization tickets at this point lmfao @Roxx already admitted they know what class and face is being affected, send it to players with those overlaps and be done with it holy shit
should not take multiple weeks and multiple patches/maintenance periods to fix a cosmetic issue…

its actually impressive that its still bugged. couldn’t they literally just send a character bound customization ticket so we can change it ? sure not seeing that the song came to all of my characters not just one but still…

In almost 20 years of various MMO I’ve never seen such bug, ever. Neither such an equivalent issue being ghosted by (actual) community managers.
I’m fucking done, you don’t give a shit about it and you expect us to pay for your FUCKING failure of a company.

Absolutely fucking abysmal support idk what I was expecting from AGS but they never fail to lower the bar. @Roxx I know you are just the middle man and this company throws you to the wolves 24/7 but what the fk is going on? this is too long to let something like this go with no communication and no fix. Send out tickets and be done with it.

My Glaivier has had white eyebrows for like 3 weeks now… Super disappointed this is taking so long to fix. 
Providing an extra customization coupon to all those affected would be an easy fix I agree. We shouldn’t have to spend money to fix a bug we had no control over just to look the way we want to.
Logging on every maintenance just to see her appearance still messed up.

if i use this month’s appearance customization ticket to change those damn eyebrows, are they going to stay like this or on the next big patch we are going to have the same prob?
