@Roxx Another week without info or fix very cool very fun for players affected. Don’t ignore us. You replied so fast at first to assure us and then radio silence for going into the 3rd week Issue is into it’s 4th
What could possibly be taking so long to revert a minor change/send a ticket to an issue you admitted had been isolated over 2 weeks ago besides absolutely gross incompetence?
Lmfao, it’s actually so childish that they don’t even reply with something like “we don’t have any updates on the situation yet” or “the team is still looking into it, thank you for you patience”, they would rather just stick their heads in the sand and hope that we forget about it. Though for real, the only reason they could have for ignoring us is that we won’t like the answer they have, I think the only way this could be resolved is by giving reskin tickets to all chars with this problem but I don’t think they want to give that many tickets out, even if to fix an issue they caused. Once again I will stress, I am not spending a single more penny unless this is fixed, I refuse to waste 20€ for my two impacted chars to clean up your mess!
Using the 20-day Reskin pass reward.
I played with this more and when I turned the opacity of the “eyebrow color” all the way down (to zero) I was able to get them to their original look!
Firstly, am I happy? yes,
but everyone who has one or more characters with this issue needs a fix. Free reskin, etc. I shouldn’t have had to wait 20 days to receive something that wasn’t my fault. And what if I wanted to use that for something else?
jk they changed it from 2 to 4 hours, so standard block, but still no patch notes so I’m assuming it’s literally just maintenance and nothing is being addressed.
I wish an happy 1 month anniversary to anyone affected by this bug.
Last week I have been ban because, apparently, asking every day for an update was considered to be “too combative”.
In twenty years of MMOrpg, I’ve never seen such bug but I can accept that, I can accept it’s difficult to fix it, that it takes time. What I can’t accept if a full month without update of being left in the dark and balantly ignored by the community managers.
We simply want an update, if there is no update, simply tell us that it’s still being investigated but even that is too much, apparently.
People are paying to fix a mistake they have no fault in, it’s unacceptable. I’m done with it, if this is how they consider their community, their customers, I don’t want any part of it.
Personnally, I’ll see if there is a fix when the clown got released but I won’t waste my time if there is not.
It’s not just about a frustrating bug, it’s about how they chose to ignore an issue that impact their community.
They will never fix it, they will just ignore the bug and wait for people to stop caring, just like they ignored the founder skin bug CM's Why are these lawmaker sets different?
but @Roxx and other CMs in other threads about this HAVE acknowledged it and told us they were working on it, so it would be super shitty. From my understanding no one ever even acknowledged that bug? Or did AGS respond in any way and then fuck off too?
It’s a bug in that some people’s opacity slider levels changed, regardless if the color did not originally show in creation. What’s to say this won’t happen again? another $8? per character in some people’s cases? And I’d hardly call it a fix considering in all other eyebrow sliders, the hair itself is what changes color. They clearly just added a shape under the eyebrow hair in this to fake changing the color, that’s why it looks so god awful. It’s not just the hair, the skin gets colored too. They shoehorned in a terrible solution to a minor problem and they fucked up so many people’s characters and now they’re leaving us on read. Absolutely would be nice to get a ticket considering they already acknowledged the issue from multiple CMs and @Roxx even said they know what face preset is affected so they know who exactly to send it to and YET crickets
