it’s not all faces, it’s the faces that previously you could not change brow color on. They “fixed” it so you can and that is why the slider defaulted back. @Roxx admitted they had isolated the faces/classes weeks ago. you can look back through the thread and see pretty much all of us use the same female MA face. Other faces you could freely change brow color on did not need to be patched and therefore were not affected.
I have a Glaivier and a WD as twin sis, using the SAME face templet that I create and saved.
Glaivier’s brow changed, WD brow perfectly fine.

you tried to move the slider when you created the glaive but with the wd you left it alone cause you remembered that face doesn’t change? why are you so combative I’m just passing info along since AGS/Roxx only give us vague half answers and we’re all left to put 2 and 2 together ourselves.
I didn’t fuck your character up, and I’m not the reason they haven’t just sent you a ticket over a month in to fix it.
it’s the same templet, you assumed I move the slider, which I didn’t. the only different between the two is the eye color. period.
Not combative, just want FACT, not “someone’s” guess/assumptions. We got plenty of those online.
If that was true, that meant when I create these character months ago, slider wasn’t there to make adjustment.
The slider was there, but nothing changed on the character when moved. That’s what was changed it was literally in the patchnotes. Not guesses or assumptions that is straight from Amazon. The “guess” is the slider defaulting to max when the change was implemented as the brows look like they used to when you drag the opacity down to zero. This is based off of the multiple threads of feedback on this topic provided by all the users affected by it, i.e. data.
In the pics you posted their hairstyle, makeup, and skin color appear to be different, so clearly you went into the advanced settings and sliders idk what to tell you. We are still in the same boat. AGS still owes you a free customization ticket with the rest of us.
After 6 weeks and now also 1 patch, it’s seems very clear that they have definitevely chose to let this issue rot and all of us with it.
This thread have been updated several times a day without any update from @Roxx for weeks and now it appears obvious that this is a deliberate choice from the “community” team since they keep answering all around this section of the forum.
We don’t ask for a solution right now, we just want to know the issue is still investigated and will, in the end, be fix. People are starting to get mad, myself included, and even tought it’s never the solution, I’d perfectly understand people starting to lash out about it.
another week gone by with zero response for over a month now @Roxx you really gonna let them type all the lyrics to All Star before we get an update?
So, that’s it ? That’s just it ? We can ask, we can argue and even beg, we are just going to be ignored by the community team on this issue ?
I love how people assume that because they are on the internet it’s alright to just ignore someone directly talking to you knowing perfectly that in real life if they did that for more than 15 secs they would be punch in the face for it.
This, is not okey, in any way or shape. A part of your playerbase is plagued with an issue, you don’t let it rot for 6 weeks without any communication. That’s basic human decency but apparently you can and you do.
At this point, this is simply pathetic.
I don’t have any other word for this, I mean nothing I can say because I have a lot to say about it.

I wonder if they really are able to give us reskin ticket, client per client. If they are dodging this, it’s either predation (forcing us to pay by waiting till we give up) or lack of tools with the game.
In both case this is terrible. 
I’m wondering if they put the one in login rewards cause they knew they were gonna fuck us over…
I don’t think there is an issue with the tickets, it’s been in login as well as things sent to our mail/inventory

I think this too because the eyebrow issue we have now is a fix of a previous bug. Like I see you have mentioned earlier; that we were not able to change the eyebrows on the affected face presets so some of us left the opacity at 100% (+/-) not thinking anything of it. So when they fixed the bug six months later, the colours became visible like intended, leaving us who set high opacity with messed up eyebrows 
Still shitty of them to make us use either the provided one or pay for a ticket(s) to fix it, meanwhile others have the opportunity to use it on whomever they please 
This is so annoying now, honestly. Over a month and it is still being “looked into”? How difficult is it to make a thread/announcement or anything at all to let us get in touch for free tickets corresponding to the amount of characters affected. Literally anyone who chose the bugged face presets and now has a different colour on the eyebrows compared to 0% opacity would be eligible 
I haven’t really played on my glaivier since the update. I know it doesn’t affect gameplay, but I play for cosmetics and selfie mode. My character is just too ugly!! 
I decided to use my free ticket on my mage like I wanted to, so I’m still hopeful(expecting) I get one for my glaivier soon

This morning, once again, I’ve contacted the online support about this issue. They litteraly told me to stop contacting them about it… or else ?
They litteraly threatened me if, as a customer, I kept asking why is there no fix for a 7 weeks issue and absolutely not, a single, communication, about it.
That’s who we are dealing with.
