Characters locked/stuck in same place/Dungeon

Attempted to level a machinist on two occasions. Get to level 12 - Toxiclaw cavern event/dungeon. On two separate servers both Thirain and Zinnervale. I got disconnected as I entered. And now I’m unable to log into these characters. Receiving this error message -
‘Cannot connect to the server at the moment. Please check your network and firewall settings. and try again. 0PELFWP1F2NT’

I can play other characters on these realms just fine. Also when I try to move over to EU West - Nia, the error appears and I can’t get into the server at all. Just times out and disconnects me,

Things I have tried to remedy this already:

1: Verify files,
2: Repair Anti-cheat,
3: Flush DNS,
4: Updated GPU drivers, Windows etc.
5: Full clean install,
6: Re-repair Anti cheat
7: Verify the new installed game.

Any other tips/tricks I can try?

Could you please provide the character and server names for the stuck characters so that I can try to relocate them to a safer place for you?

I also request you to log out of the game for the time being.

I have successfully relocated both the characters back to Prideholme. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access them now.

If the issue still persists, Please submit a Web Ticket to our Support Staff using the below mentioned link along with the link to this thread to escalate the issue further.
