Characters Stuck in Port Krona

Hello.
I’m contacting you because i have two characters stuck. Today, I tried to move to Port Krona and since then I cann’t log in my Glaivier Thürd and my Shadowhunter Erzsébét. I play in the Agaton server.

@HAWK_EYES Yes, i can to play with both. But, now i have the same problem with my Soulfist Sânzang and Reaper Angrá. I will try not to go to Port Krona with more characters. Already check the local files.

Sorry for the trouble caused.

Seems like the area is bugged at the moment.

I have relocated your characters once again and request you to kindly avoid the area for the moment till we fix it.

@HAWK_EYES The Soulfist Sânzang and Reaper Angrá did not move to Prideholme. Those characters were already in Port Krona. The Glaivier and Shadowhunter are no longer bugged.

I am having the same problem again. My characters get bugged when i used a byfrost.
Now, i have bugged the Deathblade Rakshasa and the Reaper Angrá again…
I allready reset the internet, steam and check the local files again.

Since you still have the problem, I request you to submit a web-ticket or contact live support so that we can further investigate.

To pull Dxdiag logs please:

  1. Press Windows Key + R and type: dxdiag and hit ‘Enter’ key
  2. Click “Save All Information”
  3. Select the file location and save it.
