Chat not working - "Unknown Error 369109"

NA Server - Valtan
North Vern - Mountain Entrance // Balankar Mountains

Whenever I change channels, I get “Unknown Error 369109” and the only thing that seems to be broken is chat. I’ve relogged the game and nothing seems to load other than system messages.

Seeing the same on NA Mari, regardless of zone or channel. Periodically on going through a load screen, that error and chat stops working.
