Cheat engine kick after argos kill

yesterday i was doing argos p2, after multiple groups and wiping for 4 hours we fnally killed phase 2, and then your cheat engine kicked me from the game before we got to do the loot

For this cheat engine kicking me i already made a post couple weeks ago Your cheat engine keeps kicking me from the game
but im not getting any support on that problem…

Now i am saved to argos and i did not get any loot.

Can i get a compensation for the lost loot or atleast have my argos reset so i can do it again ?

I apologise to you for this issue that is hampering your experience with the game. I would like to request you to try a few troubleshooting steps to mitigate or fix this problem for the future.

First I would like to request you to attempt a repair of the EAC plugin by following the steps below:

  1. Right-click Lost Ark in Steam library
  2. Choose “Manage” then “Browse local files”
  3. In the new window, go to /Binaries/Win64/EasyAntiCheat
  4. Click on “EasyAntiCheat_Setup” and select “Repair”

Afterwards please close the steam app from the task manager and restart your system and perform a file integrity check for Lost Ark through steam. You can follow the steps in this link: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

Please let us know if these steps fixed the issue to some degree.

contacted them, they ‘cant’ help me with loot or reset.

and since your anti cheat engine keeps kicking me, i am unable to play the game…

Amazon support has limited things they can assist with. I can try to assist you further as I wrote in your post about easy anti-cheat but you decided to ignore my message there. They have certain competences and help they can provide and they can’t go off the charts. If you want help regarding the problems with anti-cheat I can try to help you (not guaranteed it will work but we can try). Let me know if you are interested or if you just want to quit the game, either is fine
