Cheating Warning out of nowhere?

Hello,
I’ve just received a warning for cheating and lost around 80k~ gold. I’d just like to ask what exactly has happened. Is “dirty” gold a thing? I am not sure what to do at this point or if I should even touch the market anymore. I’ve only sold a few accessories for a decent amount in the past, but should I avoid this in the future due to the possibility of RMTers buying causing sellers to have a negative balance?

As I have not received a suspension or ban, I cannot appeal to support, so could someone please look into this for me and check the history of my transactions/ market records etc? I do not believe I have done anything that constitutes to suspicious behaviour or cheating. I just want to be careful in the future to avoid a ban.

Thanks.

Hello @Nightheart1

Welcome to the Lost Ark Forums community.

I’m sorry for the issue regarding the Cheating Warning on your Lost Ark account, Unfortunately We the Forum Support cannot review or see any information related to a Ban or Warning on a player’s account, this is reviewed by an specialized team through the ban appeal form, we don’t have any automated process related to bans or warinings.

I would also like to inform you that you can appeal against a Warning on your account as well so I request you to submit a Ban Appeal Ticket using the below mentioned link with all the information regarding the issue.

I hope this helps. Cheers! :tada:

Thanks for the fast response!
Just wanted to mention I tried to appeal, but I did receive this message. So just confirming, I can appeal a warning as well?

Thanks for the query @Nightheart1

Yes. I can confirm that you can also appeal against a Warning on your Lost Ark account. Please mention the same in your Appeal Ticket that it’s a Warning and not a Ban on your account.

See you in Arkesia. :magic_wand:
