I was trying to find skills to help with getting around faster on islands on my bard alt and I saw the “Cheerful March” tripod {During Skill use, Movespeed +14.9% while summoning a musical note} on the “March” skill. I tried using it and it didn’t seem to have any effect, I double checked my Movespeed in the stats window while using it as well and confirmed that I wasn’t getting any move speed from the skill. I tried disabling it and also confirmed that the skill itself doesn’t slow me down when i don’t have the tripod on.
I’m pretty positive this tripod is bugged.
