Chracter Slot expansion didnt activate

Hello!

Yesterday, I boght a character expansion ticket (1x) in the regular cash shop. Once I tried to claim it from the product inventory, the game freezed and nothing happened. Neither did the character expansion count goes up nor the ticket is in the inventory. The expansion ticket is gone. So, 800 Royal Chrystals are wasted…

I ended up spending 1600 Roxal Christal (2x) on the Character switching screen.

It would be nice, if I could get the refound of the bugged expansion ticket, which I tried to buy from the shop earlier.

if i’m right, you need to use it in character selection screen.

I am sorry about the issue with the character slot expansion purchase.

I recommend you to perform check on game files from - Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

Then check character selection screen for extended slots and also the royal crystals (in case the purchase didn’t go through, the crystals will reflect back.
