Hello, i’m actually doing the rapports from south vern, yesterday i did emotes for most of rapports npc there. No problems, everyone was at there own place.
Today is different for one, which is Cindy, she’s not at Wishnel Village. I’d like to know what happend.
I’m actually Amicable 1 with her, if by any chance i’ve missed a quest or what so ever, my bad, because, i didn’t had the chance to see explicitly the quest or mini game

If you acceppted a raport quest for her she will change position to the questarea till you finish it… Finish the quest or cancel it in your questlog 
Okay figured it out, it was not a quest thing, i can only see Cindy with my main because i’ve done the quest (isteri island) only on main, so couldnt see her with alts
