I had trouble Claiming in-game Platinum item Founder’s exclusive Northern Lawmaker Skin. I was unable to pick with one / color I wanted and it gave me red I think which I’m not too happy about
there was no way or option to see the color I think it just said A.B or C.
I also had an issue with the mount as well it had them listed so you could see the color but when I clicked on one it just gave it to me without confirming if that’s the one I wanted.
its defiantly not very user-friendly.
