DC’d mid Valtan HC fight and came back to the group almost killing the boss. The boss died and 0 loot dropped when I revived and I could not even click to open the bonus roll chest. When I got out it said I had cleared the raid. Restarting my character now shows that I did not clear the raid gate 2 and it has been about 24 hours and no refund ticket.
Is this really how the game operates? If you disconnect during any boss fight it automatically nulls any reward even when you return and were at least dpsing for more than half the bosses hp? Valtan goes on long enough to even be able to load back the client in time but for other bosses mid dc means you just wasted pots and everyone’s time.
I am assuming im just screwed for the week with no re-entrance ticket or drops.
Currently there is no way to restore items or to give items to players. Because of a DC you got locked out of the instance. There is a small opertunity that you will get a Valtan run ticket refunded within 48 hours.
But only if it is server DC related, then you might be eligible for it.
If not, you will have to sit a week out.

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
