My client keeps crashing every single time I keep trying to log into the game. My character was finishing the quest for Luterra Castle and then the client just crashes from that point, doesn’t even go to the loading screen.

Proceed to Restart your PC and verify the integrity of game files on Steam after that; for instructions on this click here.
