I created a lobby for Clown, once we entered in I was stuck in a loading screen then it brought me back to my Strong Hold where I was before we started (From what I remember, I was completing my Strong Hold tasks while we were entering)
I never received a ticket, my in game says that I havent completed any gates. but when I check it in character select it says that it is completed.
Can I please get a ticket or some help with resolving this issue, I wouldnt want to miss a week of clown because of this.
I’m sorry for the issue during the Kakul-Saydon Raid. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I just had the same problem. Got stuck in loading screen 1/4 then got jumped back to the city. Didnt get a ticket for it. Frustrating as it gates u from progressing ur gear. Takes the fun out of the game having to wait to next reset due to a issue im guessing from lost ark ← ( Been issues with the market for a while now aswell)
Unfortunately since the system is automatic, here is forum we don’t have the possibility to grant the ticket manually.
